A Celebration of Self brings together performances from four artists in a space curated to hold, support, and celebrate the stories of black women. Further contextualising The Self Portrait, A Celebration of Self explores ideas of self care, self-presentation, self-preservation and the importance of creating space to safely express and share. Curated by Roxanne Tataei and Ronan Mckenzie; HOME invites Belinda Zhawi, Keyah/Blu and Salomé Pressac to take stage within The Self Portrait alongside Roxanne Tataei, in an intimate performance with the brief only to show what celebrating self means to each artist, and we invite you in to this open conversation.
