Founded in November 2020 by multidisciplinary artist Ronan Mckenzie, HOME's physical space encompassed a purpose-designed gallery space, public library and free co-working space, until we closed our doors in December 2022. Whilst based on Hornsey Road, we proudly presented over ten exhibitions, a wide programme of events, and opportunities such as residencies, artist commissions, essay responses to exhibitions and grants.
After two proud years on Hornsey Road, HOME has now transformed beyond the limitations of a concrete location to work on special projects and collaborations which further our founding missions. Both as Ronan Mckenzie, and under the broader umbrella of HOME we have curated events and exhibitions at spaces including The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Royal Academy and Carl Freedman Gallery, and have a monthly podcast hosted titled HOME Impressions, hosted by curator Haja Fanta and Ronan Mckenzie.
